NorthSound Physical Therapy is currently looking for an enthusiastic, licensed physical therapist assistant in our neighborhood clinic located in North Seattle.

NorthSound Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice that has grown to 7 clinics since opening in 1992. We are locally owned and operated and have clinics located in North Seattle, Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Smokey Point, Stanwood, and Oak Harbor. Details:
- Monday – Friday
- Part-time or full-time position available
- $26.00 – $37.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:
- Assist the physical therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs, medical history, and goals.
- Conduct exercises and therapeutic activities as prescribed by the physical therapist, focusing on improving patients’ range of motion, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
- Observe and evaluate patients’ progress during therapy sessions, documenting and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
- Collaborate with the physical therapy team to develop and modify treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
- Provide support and encouragement to patients throughout their therapy sessions, promoting a positive and motivating environment for their rehabilitation.
- Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy techniques, attending workshops, conferences, and continuing education programs to enhance your professional knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Washington.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of patients and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Note: The salary range offered for this position is $26.00 – $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
